Privacy policy
Short version: this site collects almost nothing. There are no forms; you contact Andreea on WhatsApp or by email, and those conversations happen there.
Who we are
Andreea’s Lab is run by Andreea Popescu, operating from a treatment room in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Questions about this policy: andreeaslab888@gmail.com.
What we collect, and why
- Email. If you email Andreea, she keeps your message and address in her mailbox for as long as needed to reply and, where you become a client, as part of your treatment record. Please do not include medical details in an email. Those are discussed in person at your consultation.
- WhatsApp. When you tap a WhatsApp button, you leave this website and message Andreea on WhatsApp. Those conversations are handled by WhatsApp under Meta’s own terms and privacy policy, which you can read on WhatsApp’s website. Andreea keeps your conversation on her business phone for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period afterwards.
- Analytics. By default this site loads no analytics and sets no cookies. If analytics are turned on in future, this section will be updated to say which service is used and what it records.
Where your details are stored
This website has no forms, so nothing you type here is stored by the site or by Netlify, the company that hosts it. Messages you send on WhatsApp or by email stay with those services and with Andreea, who keeps only what is needed for your treatment record.
Your health information
Information about your health is collected only in person, at your consultation, and is kept by Andreea as part of your treatment record. It is not collected through this website.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and object to how we use it. To do any of these, message Andreea on WhatsApp or email andreeaslab888@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies by default. The optional Google Map on the contact page loads only when you tap “Load the map”, at which point Google may set its own cookies.
Changes
We will update this page when anything changes and show the date at the top.
